3. Sensitive credential limits

  1. Recovery phrases, seed phrases, private keys, device PINs, and wallet passwords are not required for ordinary website access, downloads, support, or newsletter requests.
  2. Users should not submit these credentials through any website form, app screen, email, chat window, survey, or third party support channel.
  3. Transaction details such as address, network, amount, fee, and approval scope should be reviewed on the Ledger device screen before signing.
